How personal data may be processed when you visit the presentation website or contact LocalBoost.

2. Data and purposes
The site has no form, user account, newsletter or payment. Data may only be received when you contact LocalBoost by email or phone, and may be used to answer your request, organise a pilot/partnership/investment discussion and secure the service.
3. Hosting and retention
Technical hosting data may be processed by Tiiny Labs Limited in the UK. The UK benefits from an EU adequacy decision renewed in December 2025. Contact records may generally be retained for up to three years after the last active contact, unless a different legal requirement applies.
4. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or object where applicable by emailing philoubarbier@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL).
